    马拉松比赛

    今天是我马拉松比赛的日子.为了纪念SUDDEN DEATH KIDS, CHARITY在NEW PORT RICHEY公园里举行5公里马拉松比赛. PROJECT: RUNNING FOR JULIE(朱丽叶逝去的小孩名).

    早在一个月前,公司出资给我们几个REGISTER.SARAH和STEVE是老手,他们已经坚持跑了N年了.值得一提的是SARAH,三年前我刚进公司的时候,她特别胖,和我身高一样,她大概有280BLS, 这三年来她每天坚持跑3MILES,从不间断,当然也注意节食,现在看她脱胎换骨,她瘦得只有110BLS,和三年前走路气踹吁吁的她形若2人. 锻炼身体当成每天必做的事,养成习惯,成为我将来生活的目标...

    我从今年七月份开始练习跑步,原来也和LG去GYM,但都坚持不下来,开车来回20分钟. 家后面是树林,每早跑步还可以带狗狗一起锻炼身体,现在每天老公也和我一起晨练.

    一大早起来后,7点和老公急冲冲往那里赶,35分钟车程,到公园时,已经快7点50了, 空无一人.LG一看地址,我们去到西边相同的地址,应该去的LOCATION在东.当时从家里出来,没有仔细看GARMIN. 8点比赛正式开始,我们已经LATE.到达公园,我们的车只能停入口,不得不等SHUTTLE BUS载我们进REGISTRATION,SHUTTLE BUS 司机开得慢条思里,我心急如焚, 到了REGISTRITIAN,再到跑步出发点已经8点29. 马上跳进跑道.

    知道自己已经不能拿名次, 跑完就算胜利. 这咖啡喝得,我是急得不行了,看到树林,立马冲进去,不料被蜘蛛网挡住,路上DUTY的马上问我OK, 需要AMBULANCE??我不好意思道:需要上厕所,她说实在不好意思这里没有,只好忍着跑下去...

    虽我是最后出发,但我保持速度,最后还赶超好多人, 快到终点时,一个蓝色的大标志站在那里,一看是LG,使劲给我加油..下来后,LG好为我自豪. 今早的气温很湿热,85 DEGREE(30摄氏度),在这种HEAT下面跑步对于我来说是一次考验. 一般我早上都是在6点半跑步.

    5公里我的时间是30分钟,平均一公里6分钟,YEAHHHHH

    恭喜!恭喜!看照片上的你确实是瘦了不少,最重要的应该是健康了很多,我国庆一直在坚持游泳和跑步,收效也不错,呵呵!等你回国时,希望能够保持成果!
